2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data and Legal Basis for Processing
- In case you complete the contact form, quotation form, or send an inquiry to us in another form available on the Pollamp.com website (hereinafter the Store), your data will be processed to respond to the question asked or to carry out the requested contact. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., according to the legitimate interest of responding to the completed form or question, as well as by your voluntarily given consent under Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- In the case of registering a Customer Account or through the Partner Registration Form, your data will be processed to provide services related to maintaining and managing the account in the Store. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., necessary for the performance of a contract, consisting of properly delivering the goods and services ordered through the Store, invoicing, and informing about the progress or exceptions of the order.
Your personal data may be processed automatically but not through profiling.
3. Retention Period for Your Personal Data
Personal data processed in connection with handling your inquiry will be retained for the time necessary to resolve your issue and provide a comprehensive response, or for the time necessary to defend and protect claims, or until you withdraw your consent to process personal data in the case of creating a Customer Account or registering cooperation through the Partner Registration Form.

We will transfer your personal data to our employees responsible for Customer Service and other recipients, i.e., entities cooperating with us, entities supporting us in daily activities, providing administrative or IT services.
We do not intend to transfer any personal data to a third country.
