I failed to pay for the order, what should I do?

If you created an account in the shop (not as a guest), you will see the "Repeat Payment" button in your order panel. You can also reorder any old - unpaid - orders, which we will cancel without any consequences.

The PayU system does not store any information regarding access to bank accounts or credit card numbers. This information is only entered on official bank websites and with payment card operators - PolCard or Skrill (Moneybookers).
